Data Collection

The foundation will collect data through both qualitative and quantitative measures to help establish benchmarks that gauge and monitor the success and progress of programs. Quantitative methods e.g. surveys, questionnaires, enrollment and attendance records, teacher training logs, and financial reports will be used to collect data while qualitative tools e.g. interviews of key stakeholders, focus group discussion and case studies will be used to collect data during monitoring and evaluation.

Evaluation Activities

Evaluation of the foundation programs will be carried out to measure the overall impact and effectiveness of programs. These will be in two phases including the Mid Term Evaluation and End of Project Evaluation. During the mid-term evaluations, a check will be conducted halfway through a project to make necessary adjustments and find out if the programs are on track to meet their objectives and what challenges need to be addressed to achieve set goal.

End of Project Evaluation

An assessment will be carried out at the end of a project to measure overall impact and outcomes. Particularly, it will assess if the program achieved its objectives and what lessons can be learned to improve on future programs.
